DMCA – Copyright Removal Requests

XCamVibe respects the intellectual property rights of others. We do not host any video files: all videos are embedded from third-party hosting services. Even so, if you are a copyright owner (or are authorized to act on behalf of one) and you believe that a page on this website links to or embeds material that infringes your copyright, we will remove that page.

How to send a notice

Send your request through our contact form and include:

  1. Your name, the company you represent (if any), and an email address where we can reach you.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
  3. The full address (URL) of each page on XCamVibe you want removed.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that this use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough).

What happens next

We normally review valid notices and remove the reported pages within 1–3 business days. Because the video file itself is stored by a third-party host, we also recommend sending a notice to that host so the file is removed at the source.

Incomplete notices or notices that do not identify specific pages may not be processed. Please note that knowingly sending a false notice may make you liable for damages.
